Had a great time yesterday at the C&C Card Show in Gonzales, LA. Here are a few highlights of my purchases and trades. Thanks to everyone for continuing to support the local hobby community.

This card show was well organized and promoted. Great attendance. The show took place at "The Room" at Corner Bar. This a smaller venue with about 40 tables. The Room is a cool place with a family friendly Bar & Grill type atmosphere. Food and drinks were available for purchase. This was my best day of sales I have ever had since I started doing card shows as a vendor. Lots of excited, motivated, and knowledgeable hobby enthusiasts. Made lots of deals. Later in the afternoon, I was able to do a little browsing to find some PC cards and low end inventory. I also found a few draft beers. Lol. Had a great time. If you missed the show, you will have another chance soon. I was informed that their next show will be January 13th at the same venue. Don't miss out on the next one! Hoping to start next year with another Card Boom at The Room!

Another stellar event hosted by KrispyCards. This show had 98 tables. He did an excellent job of promoting. The venue was very nice and spacious. Large projector screen with college football. Concession stand for food and drinks. Free Pokemon packs were given out to kids who attended. The show was well attended. A fairly large crowd of collectors was filtering in throughout the day. It was a slow day of sales for me. But it was still a good time talking cards and collectibles with fellow hobby enthusiasts. I was still able to make a few trades and do a little buying. Jayden (Krispy) & Markman also hosted a trade night/after party immediately following the show. There were door prizes, breaks, giveaways, free food and drinks, and a DJ. I was unable to stay for the trade night party but I heard it was a blast. Very cool idea to have that for your attendees. Looking forward to more events soon from KrispyCards. Leaving Prairieville, I headed West on I-10 passing through Baton Rouge towards Lafayette. The quick road trip was well worth it. This card show was well organized and promoted. All tables were sold out. Very good turnout. There were a few times where I could not pass down one of the aisles. I'm not complaining just trying to show how many people were there buying and trading. I was able to pick up some awesome PC cards as well as buy large amounts of raw card singles for my inventory. As of writing this, I was informed that their next show will be October 28th at the same venue. Don't miss out on the next one!

Great local show! All tables sold out. Steady crowd all day long. Lots of buying and trading opportunities. Sales were very good. Promoters even supplied all the vendors with fresh cooked Pastalaya! Awesome time.
